Onsies

Okay, So the whole provident living thing... as such, we're encouraged to know how to make our own clothing. Well, I do, sometimes. It's not always cheaper to make my own clothes. Or my children's. But if it came to it, I could make our family's clothing. Thanks to a loving and wise Mommy who thought that a sewing machine was a better graduation present than a surf board. {Which, I'll be honest,  I got that too, Thanks Dad.} But nonetheless my mom is a PHENOMENAL seamstress, We're talking she made her wedding dress, and mine. And several others. So thanks to my mom,{Who learned from her wonderful talented mother,} I too have a very valuable skill. Do I use it as much as I should, No? But tonight as Mike is putting the kids to bed I'm getting ready to throw some cute Onesies together for Kynzi. It's way cheaper than buying them on etsy, and ANYONE can do it. All you need is a set of onesies, some cute fabric, some lightweight heat and bond, and a sewing machine. Here's a tutorial on how to do it, just use whatever pattern you want. I usually cut out a cute flower from a printed fabric.
You get the Idea. Seriously, It's super cheap, It takes 10 minutes to do like 5 of them, and It's so blazing hot in the summer they don't need anything more than a onesie. But this is so much better than a boring white one. You can also get fancy with the spices and dye them with RIT dye before hand... But I'm just throwing these together so maybe next time. Try it!
