it's a hobo packet kinda night.

This is what we're having for dinner. Super easy and Oh so YUMMY! And if you don't go crazy with the cream of chicken soup, It's pretty healthy! {You could always thin the soup out a bit with some water, that's usually what I do, just so that I can stretch the soup for another meal.

This is what I use...
 As a side note, this particular soup is GF.
Pacific cream of chicken or mushroom. 

Jennie O extra lean turkey burgers. 

Lay some tin foil out, spray it with Pam. 
Lay one hamburger patty per tin foil packet.
add carrots, potatoes, onions if you like them, and you could add whatever else you fancy.
Pour a few tablespoons of cream of chicken soup over it all add salt and pepper, and cook at 350 for 45 min. to an hour. 
You can use chicken breasts instead of turkey burgers, and serve over rice too!
