Oatmeal berry muffins


These things taste great, good texture, and they freeze awesome! You could also add a scoop of protein powder. You could make them with just blueberries instead of mixed berries as well. Serving size 1 muffin. Um and just a warning,They are not really sweet, I can't do sweet in the morning... So if you want a sweet muffin add a little more truvia.

Makes 24 muffins

2 cups Old fashioned oats
2 cups applesauce
1 cup nonfat milk
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup Truvia
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup Mixed berries (Blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)

Preheat oven to 375
spray muffin liners with pam
Mix oats applesauce milk eggs and oil in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl Mix flour baking powder baking soda truvia and cinnamon.
Add oat mixture to flour mixture.
fold in berries. Don't over mix.
fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 15 min.
